PromptPay, bank transfer, or cash at the court. Upload your slip and your spot is held while your coach checks it — you get the confirmation the moment they approve it. Pick cash and your spot is booked straight away; you pay when you arrive.
Never forget a session
An email confirmation the moment your coach approves, and an email reminder before the lesson — usually about a day ahead, and never inside the last two hours, so a very late booking gets none. Reminders cover coaching sessions rather than court bookings, come by email rather than LINE, and you can switch them off in My Account.

Cancel in time, keep your money
Coaching sessions: give at least as much notice as your coach’s cancellation window — 24 hours unless they say otherwise — and what you paid comes back as ItsNotOut balance held with that coach, ready for your next session with them. Courts: the venue sets its own window the same way, and cancelling in good time brings the money back as credit at that venue. Either way it is credit where you booked, not one pot you can spend anywhere, and leaving it later than the window means they may keep it — they have paid for the court.
